Aansoeke open 1 April 2026 en sluit op 30 April. Slegs aanlyn aansoeke word oorweeg.

Tydlyn:
- Vanaf 13 tot 16 Mei word nuwe uitstallers genooi om hulle ware aan die keuringskomitee voor te lê. U sal ’n e-pos in die verband ontvang.
- Op 27 en 28 Mei sal nuwe aansoekers vir die restauranttent genooi word om voorbeelde van etes of versnaperinge aan die keuringskomitee voor te lê.
- Voornemende uitstallers sal in Junie 2026 in kennis gestel word of u aansoek suksesvol was.
- Goedgekeurde uitstallers moet tafelfooie voor 31 Augustus 2026 betaal.

Fest Mart 2026
Applications will open on 1 April 2026 and close on 30 April 2026. Please note that only online applications will be accepted.

Time line:
- From 13 to 16 May, new exhibitors will be invited to present their products to the selection committee. You will receive an email regarding this.
- On 27 and 28 May, new applicants for the restaurant tent will be invited to present samples of meals or snacks to the selection committee.
- Prospective exhibitors will be notified in June 2026 whether their application was successful.
- Approved exhibitors must pay their table fees before 31 August 2026.
